Pranayoga is a combination of Yogic exercise, Finger Yoga, Breathing exercise, Meditation 
and Relaxation techniques. From ancient time itself Pranayama yoga was practiced 
by the people who want to keep there body and mind healthy and relaxed. 
Pranayoga is mainly focused on breath, Deep breathing helps to increase the oxygen level in 
the blood streams. Oxygen is the main energy source for our brain function. It calms the mind 
and stabilizes the nervous system. Oxygenation of the brain tends to normalize brain function, 
reducing excessive anxiety levels. The breathing exercises cause an increase in the elasticity 
of the lungs and rib cage. This creates an increased breathing capacity all the time. Improve 
the quality of the blood due to its increased oxygenation. Breathing exercises helps in the 
digestion and assimilation of food. The digestive organs such as the stomach receive more 
oxygen, and hence operate more efficiently. Breathing exercises causes a reflex stimulation of 
the parasympathetic nervous system, which results in a reduction in the heart rate and relaxation 
of the muscles, since the mind and body are very interdependent. These factors cause a reflex 
relaxation of the mind and body.
